I'm Celine, the creator behind Celineeroll. I share Korean recipes, practical kimbap guides, and creative rolls inspired by ingredients and food I discover along the way.
The idea
Kimbap doesn't have to stay traditional.
I grew up with Korean food, but Celineeroll is also about seeing how far familiar Korean formats can travel. Kimbap is especially fun because once you understand the basics, almost any ingredient can become part of a roll.
Some recipes here are classic. Others might use ingredients I find while traveling, products I'm experimenting with, or ideas that simply sound good enough to roll.
The goal is to keep Korean food approachable without treating it like it has to be frozen in one form.
